At Ezist, we’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the success. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, project managers, and clients to align campaign strategies and goals for organizations. Your insights and expertise will play a pivotal role in optimizing campaign performance and achieving outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, project managers, and clients to align campaign strategies and goals for organizations.
  • Provide actionable insights into campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Publish digital marketing content online, engaging our target audience effectively.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Oversee media buys for various ad platforms and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage the overall paid media budget to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Assist the team with web analytics and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate on market research projects, including survey design, execution, tracking, and reporting.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with new and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Experience in ad and organic campaign conceptualization, branding, and media channels.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Preferred:

  • Demonstrable experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Sound understanding of Digital Advertising, internet technologies, website design, and related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in campaign conception, creative development, budget management, execution, and reporting.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
